Diane's submission states, "Our organization was looking for ways to create a more quiet environment for patients, and very specifically, improve our Press Ganey patient satisfaction score on the quietness of the hospital environment. Among the action taken was a Children's Photo marketing campaign. Children, ages 3-5, of employees were recruited to have their picture taken. Each month we post a different photo of a child with a finger pressed to their lips going Shhh. A picture is posted on each of two doors leading into our Acute Care Patient Wing. After hanging the photos, we put the pictures on our website and we post on Facebook."
